[fetchmail]counterpart to '-Q' ???

Is there a counterpart to the '-Q' option in fetchmail to remove a suffix
from the domain?

We have the problem, that the MTA of our ISP uses the virus scanner from
Kaspersky Lab with sendmail.  The behaviour is that they append a .KAV to
the 'for' item in the 'Received:' header to avoid mail loops.
