Hello.
I use fetchmail to feed directly in LMTP socket of
cyrus-imapd 2.0.16.
After updated to fetchmail-5.9.5, fetchmail says
"Unexpected non-503 response to LMTP EOM: 250 2.1.5 Ok not flushed"
and it will not flash my POP mailbox message.
It is the same problem listed below.

It seems, lmtp_responses in sink.c will never set in
open_sink(), causes this problem.
I think it should set in open_smtp_sink().
following patch will set lmtp_responses in open_smtp_sink,
and makes feeding to LMTP fine.
