[fetchmail]Fetchmail and courier mail

Fetchmail doesn't seem to play very nicely with courier mail mta. The fix is 
to use smtphost option. The courier mta doesn't like RCPT to 
someone(_at_)localhost(_dot_) This may help someone with it i hope. Could you 
add the 
info to the FAQ? Thanks,
