[fetchmail]broken message handling (more info)

2002-01-09 19:48:50
Ok, an addition to the previous mail. I got sam(_at_)via(_dot_)ecp(_dot_)fr to
bounce
the message in question to me. It messed things up again. Here's more
info:

Notice the telnet session "(verified OK)" line vs the orig message as
sam saved it. tabs converted to spaces and looks like something is
splitting that line incorrectly and not indenting. Not much a user can
do about this...

Any suggestions how this should be handled? Something is messing the
message up (I think) but it is coming through to the client. Would be
nice if it could be handled somehow. Otherwise are there any ideas
where this would be getting munged and who to complain to?
