[fetchmail]fetchmail-5.9.6.tar

Hi !

I have download the fetchmail-5.9.6.tar to my Redhat 7.1.

Previous I am using the RPM to configure it.

But now I like to use the fetchmail-5.9.6.tar to configure into my RH71.

The reason why is because ... I install my RH71 with limited utilities and RPM 
for fetchmail cannot be configure missing utilies.

How can I configure the fetchmail-5.9.6.tar step by step to my RH71

I am a new Linux User. Need help.
