[fetchmail]time OUT

Hi! Fetchmail User

I am having some problem sometime with time out. How can I configure it to be 
longer check my external POP3 account ?

Below is the error message.

2 11:50:23 epop fetchmail[1573]: timeout after 300 seconds waiting for server 
216.26.144.4.
Mar  2 11:50:23 epop fetchmail[1573]: client/server synchronization error while 
fetching from 216.26.144.4
Mar  2 11:50:23 epop fetchmail[1573]: Query status=7 (ERROR)
