It seems this aclocal.m4 is based on some older template (or a buggy
one). IIRC it was a bug in gettext.m4 before gettext-0.10.40.
Running aclocal to regenerate this file does not fix the problem.
What do I need to upgrade?
gettext.
In my gettext-0.10.40 is a 'good' gettext.m4 included.
