[fetchmail]fetchmail exitcode 39

Hi!
I have a problem with fetchmail 5.3.1+IMAP-GSS.
When there is a letter in pop3 mailbox appear with the ammount of recepients in
TO: field more than approx 500-1000
it doesn't receive it and returnes exitcode 39.
It is not discribed in man. :((((

The problem is solving by manual deleting of this letter.
Is there any patches or other ways of fixing this problem?
