This is the patch with the following modifications:
in sink.c:
* changes to handle_smtp_report() have been removed.
* handle_smtp_report() should be called before sending RSET. (in fact,
the previous patch too had fixed this bug)
* in open_bsmtp_sink(), good_addresses was set to 0 for every good
address! I think it should be incremented.
in transact.c:
* use rcpt_address() for the Received: header too!
* "by default" address was wrong as forwarding is to postmaster, not
user.
