[fetchmail] Need help pulling from Exchange server

Hello all, I have read the FAQ and done extensive web searches but cannot seem 
to properly pull mail from our Exchange server.

Assuming the server name is 'mail.company.com', my alias is '12345' and my 
password is 'fred', how do I construct my .fetchmailrc?

I thought I followed the FAQ directions properly, but all my connections seem 
to hang.
