[fetchmail] fetchmail compiling inconvinience

Hallo fetchmail-friends,

I just built fetchmail from the SRPM, that is offered on
the official fetchmail homepage.

There is a line "-with-SSL" in the spec-file, that does
not work with the capital letters "SSL".
It should be "-with-ssl". (Works fine for me)

The maintainers told me to post this to your list.
