used libtool now, but then it does fail on intlh.inst, which is not
available anywhere.
So, according to the FAQs, I got rid of all this stuff by --disable-nls
... I'm afraid there's no more work done in the intl section. The active
persion there, Ulrich Drepper <drepper(_at_)cygnus(_dot_)com>, is no longer
available. The file dates in intl/ state 2003-03-01, while the ChangeLog
names 1998-04-29 only.
