[fetchmail] Howto fetch mail from Microsoft Exchange Server

I read the man page and FAQ, searched this mailing list and the web, but
I could not find any solution for my problem: The company I'm working
for is NOT willing to enable POP or IMAP to fetch email from the
Microsoft Exchange Server; only Outlook Web Access is the other option.
But since I worked with mutt for a long while I really would like to use
this mail client. Does someone know any tools to fetch emails from
Microsoft Exchange Server without using POP or IMAP?
