Suddenly, as in today, fetchmail is dying with a core dump. Nothing has
changed, at least not that I can tell, it's just hot today. However
everything else is running just fine...
This is running on FreeBSD 4.8 and using fetchmail 6.2.0 or 6.2.2. Running
a truss indicates that the last thing that works is checking for
$HOME/.fetchids. The next event is a core dump, or if it's not running as
root a getuid() call.
Anybody know what might cause this, or what should be happening next so I
can go hunting for some self inflicted stupidity?
