You could use procmail to sort the mail into appropriate mailboxes.
And you could use something like popsneaker or mailfilter to delete
unwanted messages on the server and then let fetchmail download the
rest.
Then when you wanted the mail for the other account they wouldn't be
there...
Really the best solution is to set up a separate email address for each
person.. but the procmail thing _could_ work if you wanted to log into
the same account on your unix/linux box to read both sets of messages.
