[fetchmail] Fetchamil and --smtphost or -S option

Hi,
I have retrieve mail with this option 

fetchmail -S 192.168.1.100/10025        # change my port for Trend Antivirus
fetchmail --smtphost 192.168.1.100/10025

but i have error because the host 192.168.1.100/10025 is not true host.

If I telnet this port I have the postfix logging.

Question: the option -S or --smtphost it works?

Please help me.
