Configured fetchmail to fetch mail from one pop
account and forward it to domino on other PC. The pop
has 2 alias email. But when the emails are downloaded
they go directly to pop than to the alias, like the
mail is for xyz(_at_)domino(_dot_)com (alias) but go to
abc(_at_)domino(_dot_)com (pop account).
Version of fetchmail?
What SMTP server are you using?
Can you show the logs from your SMTP server that show this happening?
Can you provide the output from "fetchmail -v -v" for the above?
Can you also not mangle the .fetchmailrc file so much that it's largely
worthless...
The following is the fetchmailrc.
set daemon 600
set postmaster pop3(_at_)isp(_dot_)com
set logfile /var/log/fetchmail
set no bouncemail
defaults
protocol pop3
smtphost lotusdomino/6025
poll mail.isp.com
user pop3(_at_)isp(_dot_)com pass fetchmail is pop3 here
