Look to your SMTP software - if you're using Sendmail I'd suggest you look at
MIMEDefang.
Fetchmail is designed purely to move messages, nothing more (thankfully).
PLEASE - keep list traffic on the list. Email sent directly to me may be
ignored utterly.
