[fetchmail]Scheduling fetchmail 8am-6pm

Hi everyone,

 

I run fetchmail at 3 different sites, I was wondering is it possible to some
how maybe with crontab to have fetchmail fetch emails from 8am-6pm every
day, outside of those hours it will not fetch to save bandwidth / network
load on other pop email servers ?
