Short answer: No.
Long answer: If you really want it, you'll need to provide a patch to do it.
Longer answer: What you're trying to achieve can probably be achieved by using
'keep' and 'fetchall', in conjunction with UIDL support so you don't refetch
old email. If it doesn't support UIDL then you really don't want to use
fetchall.
