[fetchmail]PATH to yacc

Anyone know were "make" gets it's PATH to yacc?

./configure --with-include-gettext --enable-RPA --enable-NTLM
seems to get through without errors except that it doesn't appear to
know were yacc is

upon "make" I get

[root(_at_)saturn fetchmail-6.2.5]# make
expect conflicts:  2 shift/reduce
yacc -d  ./rcfile_y.y
make: yacc: Command not found
make: *** [rcfile_y.c] Error 127
