I haven't changed the antispam setting in fetchmail
(6.2.0), and the 'keep' option wasn't set (it's not on
my isp's server). My setup is pretty default
So my question is if there's any way to recover the
mail, or is it lost forever?
In short, if you've thrown it away, it's gone unless the original
sender can forward it on to you. You may want to consider setting up
fetchmail or sendmail (or both) to forward mis-addressed email to a
postmaster box.
