Maybe, but you'll want to start by helping yourself.  As it said in
the posting you replied to (and included all of for no apparent
reason):

I want to start fetchmail automatically whenever machines start on.  So what
is the command for that?

Depends - what OS are you using, what version of fetchmail have you
got installed and what user are you running fetchmail as?

(Hint, if you're using RedHat or Debian, or anything based on those,
there's a startup script called "redhat_rc" in the contrib directory
of most vaguely recent versions of fetchmail's source).
