It's a bit early for All Fools Day, don't you think?
Well, if this is serious, we now have yet-another-example as to why OSI
is doomed to failure. It takes someone longer to read and understand
that specification than it does to implement either FTP or XXXX. Hurrah
for things that
3) Does not impose restrictions on software vendors
(other than requiring that the vendor add another 8MB of memory to all
systems implementing this)
4) Provides helpful information to users
(e.g., "Out of memory")
