RichText

Will the specification of the Text-Plus subtype RichText (or
RichMail) be included in the next RFC-XXXX draft or will it
become a separate RFC?

If RichText will be defined in RFC-XXXX:  Are any major changes
or additions to the text of the May draft planned?  (I intend to
suggest a few clarifications and additions, and want to know if
the text in the May draft is a good starting-point for them.)
