Anonymous ftp on thumper

Naturally, as soon as I sent out my announcement, thumper.bellcore.com
developed a problem and is showing people an empty file system when they
log in for anonymous ftp.

The local authorities are aware of this problem and will fix it ASAP. 
In the meantime, there's no need to deluge me with mail telling me that
you can't ftp the file...  -- Nathaniel
