A revised version of the Internet Draft "Representation of Non-ASCII
Text in Internet Message Headers" is available for anonymous ftp
from CS.UTK.EDU (128.169.201.1), directory readonly, file
"draft-ietf-822ext-msghead-01.txt". This should also be available
via the normal channels for obtaining internet drafts in a few days.

Major changes since the last draft:
Charset-numbers have been deleted. Character sets are always specified by
name.
The descriptions of where encoded-words can appear in a message header
(and in a RFC XXXX body part header) have been clarified.
Encoded-words can no longer appear within quoted strings.
Some conformance requirements are included.
