I have an implementation question about the mail-server access-type for
message/external-body messages. RFC-MIME specifies what should be in the
message sent to the mail server to retrieve the data, but it doesn't specify
how to identify the relevant data after the server has sent it. When a
user agent has received the piece of requested data, how can it reassociate
the data with the message that referred to it? Then once we get the
association between message and data, how do we extract the data from the
message from the mail server?
