Re: Charter of WG-CHAR

At a minimum, it would be well to move thi discussion to its own
list.  There appears to be solid, long-term interest in discussing
character sets for the Internet, but the 822 list isn't the place.

While it may prove to be appropriate to merge with the RARE working
group, their current charter suggests waiting for co-ordination
discussions.

Hence, I'll ask whether anyone on this list is willing and able to
set up a charset mailing list?
