Yup, folks, this is what it sounds like:  A first pass at the revised
MIME spec, for the draft standard version.  There's an appendix
detailing all significant differences from RFC 1341, plus there's a
notational convention in the PostScript version that identifies EVERY
textual change as well.  Have at it!  Comments and discussion to
ietf-822, naturally.    -- Nathaniel
