Good point. My feeling would be to make it 'inline' as well, for
simplicity. Is there a general feeling on this?

Default behavior should probably be "don't display this without asking".
Treating them as "inline" would cause the mail reader to display some
kinds of body parts without asking.

What does a mail reader do with "hidden" bodyparts if it can't display any
of the owners?  Should it then offer to display the "hidden" bodyparts? If
so, I would make the default (for unrecognized dispositions) "hidden". 
Otherwise, "attachment" is probably about right.
