Re: MIME encoding of HTML text

There is no body of experience with use of text/html in mail,
so I guess the question is not yet decided.

There is also a third method using identifiers: å for å,
for instance, which is more commonly used by some people than
the decimal method, which is dependent on nuances of the
SGML declaration for HTML.

BTW, the charset= parameter for text/html adds even more
confusion to the fray......
