If they use UUENCODE, what do they put in the content-transfer-encoding
field?

x-uuencode.

Thank heaven for small favors -- at least they used a common string,
not to mention generating a CTE field to begin with!

Yup.

Given the number of hotmail users out there, this is gonna be a royal pain.
I've contacted Hotmail support about this ... Sigh :(
