    Or ignore cancels.  We will be implementing cancel locks, I can
assure you.  However, it's been a little while since I looked at that
stuff, and I don't remember whether it depends on INN >= 2.2 or not.

    However, this isn't really relevant to USEFOR.

   Usenet is not the web.  Just because the web handles some things
 poorly is not a good reason to apply those same solutions to Usenet.
