Whatever happens, the issue isn't sufficiently compelling to merit wading
through hundreds of long email messages.
Especially not when many if not most of the messages arrived during the
week of the IETF meeting.
I plan to review the proposal, if only to see what's being proposed, but
I have a few hundred other things to do first.
