Having to look for filenames both in content-type and
content-disposition is bad enough. That it might be in the gzip
meta-information as well is No Fun At All.
If we do gzip, the FNAME parameter will definitely be a SHOULD NOT set,
MUST ignore, since Content-Disposition with RFC 2231 can do the same
thing with i18n.
The main advantage of gzip that I can see is the CRC32 and the ease of
piping things through the gzip program.
Ned and I are still very open to being convinced either way.
