In fact I would like to progress the document, but have not gotten
enough feedback to justify claiming that it represents community
consensus.
PLEASE comment on it. The first round of comments resulted in
substantial changes. I'm more than happy to have that happen again
(as long as it looks like convergence, of course.)
Then again, a wave of "looks fine"s won't be met with hostility,
either...
