One does occasionally get overseas junk faxes. But I agree that the
cost barriers are high. The one consistent junk fax that I used to
get from overseas was, not surprisingly, the Nigerian scam.

I'm not sure which upsets me more: that people are so unwilling to accept
responsibility for their own actions, or that they are so eager to regulate
everyone else's.
