Just as the dangers of content 
filters have been discussed in this group, it is appropriate 
that we should discuss the danger of censorship that can come 
from DNSBLS. 

However, the goal has to be to reach some constructive result rather than
simply debating  the pros and cons of DNSBLs. One of the work items is a BCP
for blacklists. This can include advice for users of these services as well
as providers of these services. Chris Lewis is currently creating these
document. Please frame any additional comments on this topic as input to
such a document.
