non-existent somewhere.com addresses to a do-not-email registry.

last i heard, domain wide opt-out was part of the do-not-spam list, so
*(_at_)somewhere(_dot_)com should do nicely for most purposes.

i sure hope domain wide opt-out is still in there, it's the only thing that
can even remotely make the bill tolerable.
