Thanks Hector for the link, this story has already been mentioned in a
few other places as well.
The basic thrust of this proposal is that the sending domain will have a
public key stored in DNS, and sign every email from that domain with the
private key. The receiver can check validity by getting the public key
from DNS, and verifying the digital signature. Same purpose as LMAP, but
via PKI.
