I believe it may be somewhat common to list example.com in this case...
And in keeping with a DNSBL should not list 127.0.0.1, and RHSBL
should not list "localhost.localdomain"
Example;
$ dig +short example.com.rhsbl.sorbs.net
127.0.0.11
$ dig +short localhost.localdomain.rhsbl.sorbs.net
$
