I think routeviews is great, but I wouldn't really call it a DNSBL.
DNS-Based-List. The BCP claims it is. Sorta.

SA treats text record returns from some DNSBLs as being listed. Or at
least the version I looked at did. But that doesn't really count.
Can't think of any at the moment.
