[ietf-clear] Acronyms for accreditation/reputation servers

RSVS -  Receiver Selected Vouching Service
SSVS  - Sender Selected Vouching Service

Vouch: To be called to witness, to obtest.

This is to avoid assumed differences between accreditation and
reputation.  The service could be used in both instances of being
offered by DNA or checked by the recipient regardless of the DNA
offering.  In both cases, the service could offer identical
information.  The mnemonic distinction indicates which end provides the
selection of the service.
