Brian Livingston has written a Datamation article about CSV.
As part of his discussions with the design team, he convinced us that "Client
SMTP Validation" lacked utility for the non-technical market that needs to
understand and embrace the proposal. So he convinced us to change the name.
The initials stay the same, but the name now refers to the job of CSV in
higher-level terms.
Henceforth, CSV means
"Certified Server Validation".
