Like John Leslie, I know of no IPR claims against either of these.
The earliest prior-art for a BATV-like system that I know if is ABBS
from I think Dec 2003, there could be earlier ones. I know of nothing
quite like CSV, but some parts of the HELO checking can be traced to
SPF and DMP in 2003.
Basically, if there are claims, they would need to have been around
for a couple of years and also not be noticed. As John says, you
can't prove the negative, but it doesn't look likely to me.
