Like GenArt, only apps.
If this is intended as an apps area review where only
Dave gets to post, that's a problem.
Sometimes I read the GenArt list (it's on GMane) but I
think I've no business to post there. A tool for the
general area director. And apps-review is a tool for
one or both apps ADs.
