you mean?
For MLMs, there is a tradition of equating a feedback signal to an
unsubscribe request, thereby preventing the possibility to use a
list-specific FBL for cooperative list maintenance. Section 1.3 does
not mention this, but conveys the idea that abuse reports should be
routed differently when reported messages belong to lists.
