There is no bearing on MASS per se, it's more whether
this I-D becomes the basis for an IETF standard or
not. If that's via MASS, fine. If it's via some other
means, likewise fine. At the point at which it becomes
that basis, the "no derivative works" has to be
removed as the IETF needs editorial control, right?
