I agree having anotherBOF right away is what we should do. But
*only* if we have what we believe is the Sieve base spec ready for
IETF last call in advance. That means we need the final draft
published and we need good solid agreement on it within the Sieve
community, and progress towards multiple implementations of it. If
we don't have this, another BOF will hurt.
